New Delhi: At least 18 Indians were feared dead, besides five others, and over 130 injured in a horrific LPG tanker blast at a ceramic factory in Sudan.
Around 16 Indians were reported missing after the incident which occurred at Seela Ceramic factory in Bahri area in Khartoum, the national capital, on Tuesday.
“Some of the missing may be in the list of dead, which we are yet to receive, as identification is not possible because of the charred bodies”, an Indian Embassy release said.
The Embassy on Wednesday issued a list of Indians who were hospitalized, went missing, or survived the tragedy.
As per its data, 7 people have been hospitalised, including four in critical condition. Thirty-four Indians who survived have been accommodated at the Saloomi Ceramics factory premises.
