COMPLAINTS REDRESSAL

Grievance Cell:

TRIM MEDIA PVT LTD a member of SRB Print And Digital Media Association(PADMA). We aim to resolve genuine complaints about any of the our News content, knowledge portal as promptly as reasonably possible.

Aggrieved person is requested to make a complaint regarding a particular content within a reasonable time not exceeding 14 (Fourteen) days from the date of first broadcast of the said content. The complaint should provide all necessary details regarding the complaint. Following preliminary information is requested to be provided along with the complaint:

  1. Name or title of the broadcast which is a subject matter of complaint
  2. Date and time of the broadcast
  3. Nature of the complaint along with reasons
  4. Name and contact details of the complainant

Please note that the anonymous complaints will not be considered.
