નવી દિલ્હી, 30 ઑક્ટોબર, 2026 – farewell to Air Force Chief Air Chief Marshal A.P. Singh દેશ પ્રત્યેની 42 વર્ષની ગૌરવપૂર્ણ સેવાઓ બાદ વાયુસેના પ્રમુખ (CAS) એર ચીફ માર્શલ એ.પી. સિંહની નિવૃત્તિ પૂર્વે, 26 ઓક્ટોબર 2026 ના રોજ સંરક્ષણ મંત્રી શ્રી રાજનાથ સિંહ દ્વારા તેમને ભાવભરી વિદાય આપવામાં આવી હતી. સંરક્ષણ મંત્રીએ વાયુસેના પ્રમુખની વિશિષ્ટ સેવાઓ, અનુકરણીય નેતૃત્વ અને ભારતીય વાયુસેના તથા રાષ્ટ્ર પ્રત્યેના અમૂલ્ય યોગદાનની પ્રશંસા કરી હતી.
Chief of the Air Staff (CAS) Air Chief Marshal AP Singh was given a befitting farewell by Raksha Mantri Shri @rajnathsingh October 26, 2026, ahead of the CAS’ superannuation, following his 42 years of glorious service to the nation. Raksha Mantri commended the CAS for his distinguished service, exemplary leadership and invaluable contributions to the Indian Air Force and the nation.
Shri Rajnath Singh acknowledged the key role played by the outgoing CAS in the successful execution of Operation Sindoor and in strengthening the capabilities of the Indian Air Force. He extended his best wishes to Air Chief Marshal AP Singh for his future endeavours.
On October 31, 2026, the CAS will lay a wreath at the National War Memorial to honour the bravehearts and inspect a ceremonial Guard of Honour at Air Force Station, New Delhi before superannuating from service.

31 ઓક્ટોબર 2026 ના રોજ, સેવામાંથી નિવૃત્ત થતાં પહેલાં, વાયુસેના પ્રમુખ વીર શહીદોને શ્રદ્ધાંજલિ અર્પવા માટે રાષ્ટ્રીય સમર સ્મારક (નેશનલ વોર મેમોરિયલ) ખાતે પુષ્પચક્ર અર્પણ કરશે અને એર ફોર્સ સ્ટેશન, નવી દિલ્હી ખાતે ઔપચારિક ગાર્ડ ઓફ ઓનરનું નિરીક્ષણ કરશે.
